Great looking stand, great instructions took under two hrs to assemble by myself. The fire place is amazing.

The Milo is designed with a mix of wood and glass for a perfect combination of traditional and modern styles! Comes fully assembled so you can just sit back, relax.

It is nice to know that there is a product on the market that looks good, fits into a small space (trailer) and give a great sense of ambieonce. Thanks for this great product

Did not know there was going to be that much assembly needed. However, I am a 68 yr old lady that loves a challenge. Was able to put it all together in about 3 1/2 hours. It's really beautiful! My 55" TV fits perfectly on top. Can hardly wait to show it off during the holidays!!!

We've had a gas fireplace now for over 25 years so when the decision to go electric came up I was a bit sceptical. I did a lot of research and in the end decided to go electric. The flames have come a long way over the years. Much more realistic than even 5 years ago. The unit we bought was good for our basement. Says it heats 1000 sq ft and it has lived up to it. Our Dimplex unit has definitely gone further in style and functionality than expected.

Very sturdy, nice looking and functional!

The product is as advertised easy to set up but the bracket is a little flimsy. I put it up in 15 mins and I am an average DIY person. The flame doesn't look that realistic that's the only down side. It also doesn't give off much heat but that is expected it is more for the look.

It’s plain and simple with a modern flame. It looks great in my bedroom. The color compliments my bedding and drapes.

Very efficient energy saving unit. Comes with a convenient remote

Use to heat sunroom but doesn't force out enough hot air--blower now strong enough. Like the design and flame colors Instruction manual easy to follow but way to many steps to assemble. Heater/blower quit working after 3 weeks use, now working direct with Dimplex for replacement which they replaced free of charge but I will have to install.

Product is exactly as described and a beautiful addition to my living room. Delivery was nicely done too. Designed well. Great service all around
