Customer agrees to the terms and conditions declared in this Online Contract ("Contract") with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site. This Contract establishes the only agreement between the Company and Customer.
By accessing or using the Site, including purchasing any products over the phone or via the website through the Site, you represent, warrant, understand and agree:
- to obey all applicable laws, rules and regulations concerning your access to and use of the Site;

The Site and its contents are intended for your personal use. Unless otherwise noted. A Customer may download or copy the Site content for personal, noncommercial use only, provided that no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark, legend, copyright notice, or other proprietary notices shall be made. Downloading or copying Site content for other then personal, noncommercial use is strictly prohibited.
All copyrighted logos, images, catalogues, links to the original pages are used with businesses' permission.
CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BASED ON STRICT OR ABSOLUTE LIABILITY IN TORT) THAT IT MAY HAVE AGAINST SOHOMOD.COM, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS.
- Were are the retail store, and we do not design, produce, modify and do any changes to the products we sell online at Sohomod.com. We make the delivery of the product you purchase at Sohomod.com directly from the producer to the consumer.
- Sohomod.com does not represent and is not affiliated with or sponsored by any designers or their representative mentioned on this website. Sohomod.com does not represent any designer mentioned on this site or their copyrighted or trademarked products. Sohomod.com are not manufacturers, and Sohomod.com does not represent the items Sohomod.com sells to be original or exact replicas. The products Sohomod.com sells do not come with a designer logo. Any mention of these designers within any product description are for comparison purposes and are not specifically authorized by the designer or their representative.

Your Personal Information
Sohomod will be the sole owner of the information that our site will collect. We will never sell, rent or give this information, nor will we share it in any other way from what is disclosed in this privacy statement. (Except in connection with your order).
Credit card numbers and info are not saved anywhere under any circumstances. The payment transaction passes directly to gateway(merchant) service using SSL encryption technology. Shipping information and phone number are shared with shippers that fulfill your order.
No third party will solicit you as a result of information within our control.
Sohomod website contains hyperlinks to other company websites, and our company is not liable for the privacy practices or information on said sites.
Links from Other Websites/Search Engines
Links to our company website can be found on other sites, such as search engines. Our company is not liable if those links show outdated content. The availability and price of products listed on our company website change often, these changes may not be as quickly updated in Search Engines. Our company is not responsible for any discrepancies on said links.
Our company site uses a form for customers to input information, service and product request. Our company must collect information on this form including, among other things, a customer’s e-mail address, phone number, financial information, and address. This information will be used only by our company to send information about promotions, orders, and services. This information may also be used for billing and to contact customers when necessary.
Photo of the Delivered Product
While on delivery, Sohomod.com reserve a right to ask the delivery company to take a picture on the phone of delivered product in your home. We do that for three main reasons: 1) To be protected against fraud/chargebacks (the picture will show the proof of the delivery); 2) the evidence of the product's condition upon delivery; 2) to use the best images in our digital media and marketing services. By purchasing from us, you agree to this.
We leave the right to file the complaint and share the information provided at the time of purchase with police and FBI in case of fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of lost/stolen card.
- We accept general cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress.
- We accept payments made via Amazon Pay
- We offer Affirm Financing, and accept is as a way of payment for the order
We do not charge sales taxes, however, you may be responsible for reporting your purchase directly to your State.
: Selected products that are delivered to New York State (all final prices are calculated at checkout).
We issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
Delinquent payments and false chargebacks will be treated as a debt and forwarded to a collections agency for full payment of the delivered goods.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used (unless it is mentioned in the description).
Item is In-Stock
and available for the mentioned delivery time on the product page.
There are times, when the product page displays In-Stock
status for the item, and during the processing the order we can find out that it is either Out-of-Stock
or even Discontinued
item. We do not take responsibility for these cases, as we are the retail store and work with the number of manufacturers which doesn’t provide with the daily inventory updates.
Before placing the order feel free to confirm the In-Stock
availability by emailing or calling us.
If you placed an order for the In-Stock
item, and it has appeared during the processing that this item is Out-of-Stock
we will notify you, offer you the alternative product, time of the delivery or provide with the full refund immediately.
Usually backordered is the item which due to its popularity placed in this category until additional inventory is received. And it's worth the wait! If your order has a backordered item you will be notified immediately.
All Special Order
items fall under the different cancellation policy (See Changing or Canceling Orders
for details) and require extra processing time.
item is a modified item, with different specifications then In-Stock
item. It requires additional time to be produced. Special Order
is imported from overseas or made by request, and typically takes between 10-14 weeks to be delivered. All lead times are estimated, and we do not take any responsibility for any delays (e.g., weather conditions, US Customs processing, transit time, etc.), those types of delays occur rarely, but possible.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS.
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before the shipment process without cancellation fee; Once an order is placed, we immediately submit the order directly to our or the manufacturer's warehouse, ensuring it’s shipped to you as quickly as possible.
- Backorder can be cancelled anytime before the shipment process without cancellation fee.
- Special Order cannot be cancelled after 48 hours the order was processed.
- Order cancellation should be confirmed via email. Send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for cancelling; Cancellations made via phone or chat are not official. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
- Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.
- Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.
- If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)
- Order cannot be canceled if the scheduled delivery date or time frame has moved, because of Force Majeure circumstances or slight delays caused by any reasons (e.g., incorrect contact information, difficult access to the property, weather conditions, failed delivery attempts, technical issues, driver's prescheduled route, etc.). If you still want to cancel it, it goes through the regular Return Policy.
- Sohomod.com reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, for any reason with the full refund.
- We offer 100% restocking fee free returns.
- Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Our additional services and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups.
- If your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services. Those costs are not refundable.
- Returns without original packaging are not subject for return, there are no exceptions.
- Orders shipped on the pallet, should be returned on the pallet, to avoid damages during the transportation.
- Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable unless written exemption was provided by Sohomod.com
- Special Order cannot be returned.
- All clearance, discounted and items are sold as Final Sale are non-returnable.
- Mattresses are non-returnable.
- All returns based on the color subject goes through the regular return process.
- Refund will be issued for the products returned during the 14 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse.
- Refund will not be issued for the items returned in a damaged condition.
- Refund will not be issued for the visibly used items. (Not as a new condition.)
- Refund will not be issued for the items returned without original box.
- Refund will not be issued for the processed Special Order.(In case of the Special Order is complete and ready for the delivery, but the customer insists on Cancellation 20% Restocking fee will apply.)
- Refund will not be issued for the clearance, discounted and items are sold as Final Sale.
- Refund will not be issued for the items marked Non-Refundable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery time frames are an estimate - actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery, and unforeseen events.
- We do not hang mirrors, wall units on walls or any structures of your home.
- We do not install or hang lamps we sell.
- We leave the right to refuse the delivery if the product will not fit the doors, stairways.
- We leave the right to reject the delivery with a potentially high risk of damaging the indoor property. (E.g., Narrow doorways, narrow hall, low ceilings, extremely hard delivery conditions).
- If an item is sent back to the warehouse because it does not fit, it is subject to the return policy. Alternatively, you will have an option to accept the delivery in your closest ground-floor dry area.
- It is customer’s responsibility to cover the walls, floors, carpets before the delivery to avoid any scratches, dirt, and accidental stains.
- The shipping company or delivery company is not responsible for cleaning after the delivery is made (e.g., swipe or wash the floor, remove debris, take back the pallet and packaging). Therefore they can help you to stack the boxes together and bring it to the requested area.
- We do not take your old furniture with us. If you need this type of service, please contact us.
- The shipping company or the delivery company is not responsible and forbidden to handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g., TV, computers, stereos).
- The shipping company or the delivery company cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not available to accept the delivery.
- While on delivery, Sohomod.com reserve a right to ask the delivery company to take a picture on the phone of delivered product in your home. We do that for three main reasons: 1) To be protected against fraud/chargebacks (the picture will show the proof of the delivery); 2) the evidence of the product's condition upon delivery; 2) to use the best images in our digital media and marketing services. By purchasing from us, you agree to this.
We do not make international deliveries at this time. However, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your choosing. It is the customer’s responsibility to hire a freight forwarder and pay all overseas shipping fees directly to the freight forwarding company.
- Our well-established delivery & shipping system allows us to deliver your order in the best condition possible.
- All shipments must be inspected by the customer upon delivery. Inspect the top, bottom, left, right, front, back, interior, exterior, and all moving parts, including, but not limited to drawers, doors, and reclining mechanisms. You are required, as well, to inspect the assembly provided by our delivery partner.
- Claim for the damaged or manufacturer’s defect of the product must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery (for small parcel items not requiring signature). Detailed pictures (2-3 photos from different points) of the original packaging must be sent with the damage claim otherwise the order is exempt from any damage claims.
- If you notice a slight damage to the package of the delivered via freight shipment, accept it, make notes on the Delivery Slip, and contact us. The replacement parts or items will be shipped to you without additional charge.
- Damaged items will have an attempt to repair or a part replacement before a full product replacement or refund.
- If a repair or replacement is available but refused due to any reason then shipping charges (both ways) are deducted from the refund.
- Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance. If you choose to do your own assembly, we can not be responsible for damages during that process.
- Address or phone, type of the delivery service, or any other order modifications or updates must be obtained and requested via email (written) confirmations. Verbal confirmations are not guaranteed.
