I'm very impressed of how the bedroom set were packaged with lots of thick styrofoams all around the furniture. The bedrroom set is very nice and with no issues. I'm a happy customer.

I was searching to purchase sofa bed on line and came across with SOHOMOD.COM. Great choice and quite attractive prices, comparing to other websites, made me stop searching anywhere else. Trying to choose
between 2-3 particular models I had a few questions and called customer service. My sales representative was ALINA and I think that was my lucky day. Alina was very knowledgeable and professional. At the same time she also was very friendly, polite, had good sense of humor and very responsible. To answer my questions Alina had to call manufacturer and right after that she called me back with answers as she promised. Amazing. Not very often you can find such a great customer service at these times. After talking to Alina and considering her recommendations all my doubts disappeared and I will be ordering furniture today from SOHOMOD.COM

Perfect, perfect, perfect! It's worth it!

This was fantastic service. I ordered the table and within three days, the table was here. The guys set it up within no time. Once again, FANTASTIC!!!

Ordered furniture. Told item was back ordered. Tried to expedite, and told no. 2 days later items shipped and installed completely, prior to schedule. Poor communication, spectacular service.

Purchasing from this supplier the second time, and each purchase left me very happy. I do not use online ordering and prefer to connect with a live person rather than "pressing 74 to speak in Chinese" or similar answering recording. The customer service is beyond expectation. The phone picked up promptly, the person on the other end of the line is always calm and friendly. The most outstanding communication for me was with Alexandra V. during the most recent purchase. Despite a complex situation- I've needed a specific width of a sleeper, special color and by a certain deadline. The item I have been looking for turned out to be out of stock, and Alexandra went out of her way to assist me with every step from finding a replacement to the actual purchase. She has been the most helpful person I've encountered in any customer service, extremely patient, polite and cooperative. Alexandra's communication skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any aspect throughout the buying process. Extremely punctual with returning email correspondence and phone calls. Alexandra V. is a real asset to Sohomod company. She is very reliable and always ready to resolve any issue very efficiently and in timely fashion. Even I happen to find a better product in the future, I will still turn back to Sohomode just for customer service alone: each time it has been a wonderful experience. I Purchased these unique daybeds back in December and today ordered a second set for my daughter. They are the perfect beds because unlike a trundle bed the bottom bed will pop up to be the same height.
Also the mattresses are 9 inches thick and very comfortable. My family was very satisfied with the Alize day beds!

I ordered a media console which was priced lower than anywhere else I could find. Once ordered, I received multiple communications/emails letting me know the status ... as well as ... being able to check status online. I would definitely consider SOHOMOD when I'm looking to purchase more furniture.

My wife and I are very pleased how the fireplace looks and works. We took out our old smokey,smelly,dirty wood burner and now have a clean ,bright, modern looking fireplace!

The fireplace is a exactly what we were looking for to fill a space in our home. The flame and coals look realistic and we have had people commenting on it being a gas log. The only down side I had was that the dimensions that were given while being accurate presented be with problem as the width is widest point. It should include the width of the middle as well as we have a gap that I need to remedy.
