Some of the hardware for assembly was missing(((
Having to go replace them at a local hardware store. Did send the receipt to the SohoMod and got compensation for extra expenses but still.

2 separate shipment for one order.
The office chair is excellent. My only complaint is that my shipments arrived separately (2 packages-one for the base and the other for the top part), I was confused after I got only the base but called the SohoMod and was explained that the second part from the chair is on the way.

Just want to thank SohoMod.com for a couple of things. The description online was very helpful! We received our dining room yesterday. It is beautiful and sturdy. Secondly, the delivery person that brought it to our home was very helpful and polite. They are doing more than drop off the order. Our driver (without being asked) immediately offered to assemble the furniture. He did it for an hours or so! Will definitely be back for further purchases in the future!

order did not fit
Very efficient, good communication, conscientious movers...unfortunately the headboard was too large to make it up my stairs. We were responsible for shipping charges, not really happy about it.

Delivered and set up as advertised. Quality is fine. Had a problem to understand how to check out, when I called customer support helped me with all process. My recommendation to make checkout process more user-friendly so no one will call you with this issue again.
