It's nice but has the shakes

Didn't know it was going to come in pieces but it was put together and it seems sturdy. Night tables are a little to low for me.

Little disappointed with delivery as we were expecting it to be delivered in 6 weeks not 10 weeks. Quality of the product seems to be good but the wooden plates that hold the mattress are very uneven. Some of them are overly arching, some are flat and some are less arching.. so kind of not sure if I should place my 2000 dollar bed.. i don't want to mess up my warranty of the bed because of thee wooden plates issue. I am really not sure what kind of review I have to provide..

I had not known, but it turned out that the sofa I ordered came totally disassembled and the delivery guys put it all together quite quickly. Some other online shops provide just curbside delivery which is basically exactly as it sounds. One thing I'd improve on is giving delivery estimate of at the time of an order.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase

Two of the holes on one side of the bed were too low and did not match up with two of the brackets on both ends of the bed. I contacted Sohomod by email that one side of the bed could not be attached and did not get a phone or email response back. I hired a handyman to come to our home and drill the brackets on that side to match up with the holes so we could assemble the bed. The holes were about 1/2 inch too far apart on one of the side pieces. We understand that these things could happen, but Sohomod made no attempt to contact us. I called AE and they said I had to go through Sohomod. So not happy about no response and I was out $60 and a week later hiring someone to fix the problem.....

This sofa is compact, nice looking and well made. The retracting mechanism seems very solid and it's comfortable to sleep on (with a topper).

So spacious is a bit of an understatement....I'm affectionately naming this sofa bed the Boat. The bottom cushions are huge, you can truly lounge on this beast, and yes it will easily seat 4. It folds flat into an almost queen size bed. The armrests are fat, you can just put a serving tray on them and wah-lah you have a side table. It's very sturdy and the click clack accommodates a several positions. Comes w. the back pillows. All of the IDO line furniture cushions are firm. The only downside is that the fabric is a tad saggy. Happy sailing.

I was very happy with the customer service. I ordered the bed and received it in two days and I love the bed. It came in good shape as well. Will definitely shop here again.
