The dining table arrived within the time frame given. I was notified when it would be here on the day of delivery and it arrived on time. I am very happy with my dining table and the process.

Furniture came mostly assembled - which was great! BUT
A few pieces though came broken...need to call them to get replacement parts.
Would I recommend it to a friend? Unlikely

The store was great about keeping us informed about shipping issues and it did take a while to arrive due to being backordered. All emails were answered within 24 hours.

Overall, it was a good experience.
The counter stools arrived in good condition except that one pair was missing some parts. I contacted the Sohomod team over email and the situation was handled promptly. It took about 5 days but the parts finally arrived and now all is complete.

Packed well
The product arrived on time and was wrapped by hard cardboard rims that reinforced the edges. SohoMod has done their utmost in making sure there is no damage during transit.
