Correspondence was not great. Didn't receive any emails about when shipping was. I called and was sent to voicemail. Finally got a response to an email and even so received the mirror two days later than expected. On the other hand, the mirror is beautiful and the delivery man was excellent. Very nice and helpful!

aside from not knowing whenybdelivery was scheduled until two days before I had a very nice experience with sohomod. the furniture arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition.

I love this bedroom set!!! It is so beautiful and modern. I was a little sceptic until I receive it, because almost everything looks good in professional pictures, but not so good in reality ... Anyway I was very nice surprised when this bedroom set arrived and we unpacked it! It looks exactly as in pictures, maybe even better ... :)Also I have to mention that we had a few problems with the headboard, but Sohomod was very, very nice and helpful! Their customer service is very good! Thank you very much Sohomod!!!

I bought SOHO Living room set and a J&M Center table from Sohomod and my experience has been great. sohomod Website is very user friendly and was easy to browse through. I was very impressed with the customer support. Vadim and Kristina were very responsive and provided all the necessary information when i reached to customer support. The delivery was very fast, ordered the Living room set on Friday and received the delivery on Monday. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we love our Living room set and will definitely consider them again and refer to my friends.
