This was my first purchase on SohoMod and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the ordering process and delivery was so easy. Also, my order came with free white glove delivery service, because my purchase over $3500 and I live in Florida. The table is quite beautiful and exactly what I wanted for our dining room. The matching chairs (ordered from the different set) match perfectly.

Checked before purchasing the bedroom set to be sure that delivery and assembly will be included. The original date the shipping company wanted to deliver didn't work for me; they said they were in my area every 7-10 days and would call back. They were able to schedule a delivery for the following Monday, and the day before, when I was expecting a call with my 4-hour delivery window, they called to say they were running ahead of schedule, could they deliver that afternoon? Surprised they work on Sundays, but happy to get it a day early. Careful delivery personnel. Would purchase from SohoMod.com again.

One of the lamps received was defective and I contacted SohoMod, they were very responsive and helped me get a replacement and provided a tag to ship the defective one back.
