I did not like the color

got a replacement part quick
Not packaged well. The side panel from the desk arrived damaged, but great customer service! It took care of the damaged part and sent a replacement right away.

I was VERY impressed with delivery.
The delivery man Orest called me 2 days before the delivery, he was very friendly and polite. I wasn't going to be in the area on the day he wanted to initially schedule and it was no problem. He called to reschedule. Actually, he called spur of the moment that he was making a delivery somewhere else nearby and thought he would include my delivery if it was convenient for me. It was and he was over within 20 minutes carrying all the boxes to my front porch. It was a very pleasant experience.
