How will my order ship?

At Sohomod, we offer multiple delivery options for you to choose from at checkout. Please note that available delivery methods may vary depending on the brand and your location.

OUTSIDE DROP OFF

Your items will be left at the curb of the ground floor only (inside your driveway or placed next to your front door, garage, loading dock). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Scheduled Delivery.

INSIDE DROP OFF

Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room (first dry area, inside garage) or inside your apartment (elevator building). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. No Walk-Ups. Scheduled Delivery. Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.

ROOM OF CHOICE WITH FULL ASSEMBLY

What is included: Delivery in the Room of Choice (ground floor) + Placing Furniture + Unpacking + Assembly in the room of your choice + trash removal to the customer's bin. Scheduled Delivery. Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

What features are included: Packaging Removal. What is included: Delivery in the Room of Choice (ground floor) + Placing Furniture + Unpacking + Assembly in the room of your choice + Packaging Removal. Scheduled Delivery. Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! While Sohomod primarily ships within the U.S., international customers can still place orders by using a freight forwarding service of their choice. In case your order needs to be shipped to Canada or Mexico contact us for the quote. To ship internationally: 1. Arrange with a freight forwarder that delivers to your destination country. 2. At checkout, enter the freight forwarder's U.S. warehouse address as your shipping address. Once the order is delivered to the forwarder, they will handle the rest of the international shipping process. Please note: Sohomod.com is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or delivery issues once the order has been handed off to the freight forwarder. If I ordered multiple items, will they ship together? We always aim to ship your items together when possible. However, shipping may be split based on:

Availability – In-stock vs. made-to-order items
Brand – Items from different brands may ship from separate warehouses
Location – Some items ship from different fulfillment centers

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way! Note at Checkout: You can leave a note during checkout with any specific delivery instructions or preferences for how you'd like your order to be shipped. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and follow the instructions provided.

Do you offer Finance?

Yes, Sohomod offers flexible financing options to help you furnish your space without the upfront financial burden. Financing Options Available:

Affirm: Choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months with interest rates as low as 0% APR, depending on your creditworthiness.
Afterpay: Split your purchase into four interest-free payments, paid every two weeks.

Where is Sohomod located?

The main distribution center located at 107 Trumbull St, Elizabeth, NJ 07206, USA. This facility handles the storage, processing, and shipping of many of our products. We work with multiple warehouses and manufacturers to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the country.

Do you have showrooms?

Yes, we do! Sohomod has showrooms available for office furniture and high-end furniture collections. Our showrooms allow you to experience the quality and design of select pieces in person before making a purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a free replacement for you as quickly as possible. To expedite the process, please have the following ready:
