Description
The Vetra chair slips into a living room without demanding attention, then quietly becomes the seat everyone reaches for. Armless and clean-lined, it pulls up to a sofa, tucks beside a console, or pairs off across a coffee table — and it never blocks the view the way a bulky recliner would.
Up close, the linen-textured polyester shows off a two-tone weave that gives the neutral upholstery real depth, whether you go beige, cream, or grey. The rectangular silhouette keeps things modern and contemporary from across the room, while a solid rubberwood and plywood frame wrapped in foam holds its shape through daily use.
The black-finished sled base does the grounding work — a low, architectural line that makes the Vetra read a little like a sculptural accent. Because it's armless, you can slide in from any side, which comes in handy in tighter arrangements or when you're squeezing in one more seat for guests. Some assembly is required, and it comes together simply.
If you want a side chair that looks considered from every angle and earns its place in everyday use, the Vetra is an easy yes.
