Meridian Furniture Shaw Chenille Dining Chair with Black Oak Base in Mint

The Shaw Chenille Dining Chair brings a fresh, sculptural presence to the dining room, pairing a soft mint green chenille seat with a black-finished base for a look that feels both glamorous and grounded. As a side chair in the Shaw collection, it works beautifully as a set around a dining table or as a single accent pulled up to a desk or vanity. The mint chenille upholstery keeps the palette light and inviting, while the dark base adds the contrast that lets the Art Deco silhouette read clearly across the room.

Comfort comes from the inside out. The seat is cushioned with foam and built on a rubberwood frame reinforced with plywood, then wrapped in soft chenille fabric that invites long dinners and lingering conversation. The base is finished in black with oak veneer, giving this dining chair a smooth, tailored surface that stands up to daily use while catching the light.

Rectangular in shape and designed as a side chair, the Shaw Chenille Dining Chair is easy to arrange — line several along a table for a unified dining set, or mix it with other seating for a collected look. With its mint chenille and black oak base combination, it delivers the kind of quiet drama that elevates a dining space without overwhelming it. If you want seating that feels as considered as the rest of your room, this is the chair to build around.
