They answered all of my questions and came down on the cost of the bedroom set we wanted. I got 5 year protection plan for free. Pretty easy people to talk to and they answered all of my questions. I have never purchased from this company before, but all in all it was a pretty smooth transaction. I placed my order online. I am grateful that there were willing to work with me on the price, due to our budget. Delivery was sceduled in 6 days, my order arrived in 8 days with free delivery and assembly service.

My experience with Sohomod couldn't have been better. There were some problems with the door magnet when 2 china cabinets were delivered and assembled, delivery person did not fix the issue on the spot but he took the pictures of defective magnets and SohoMod did send out me the replacement in 2 days. Now it looks great.

I needed to return an item due to the fact that I had incorrectly measured the space. Sohomod asked me to reply to the order confirmation email with the return request. The shipping company picked up the heavy items from my house in 3 days, money refunded my upon receiving the item. I then ordered the properly sized items.

It took a longer than I wanted for the backorder, but less time than they said it would so I was just impatient.

My order was backordered, which I was told upon requesting it. They kept me informed and up to date and it was delivered in great shape in 4 weeks by 3rd party carrier. I got the tracking number but the shipping company website was not easy to understand. I got the phone call 24 hours before delivery from the shipper.

I ordered 4 counter height stools and 1 was damaged. I called Sohomod and the customer service was excellent. I received my new stool today in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again. The quality of the stools is excellent. They are just as the picture describes them and the color is fabulous. Made from the metall. I can use them for many years.

delivery people were polite, professional and respectful. Wardrobe was delivered in flat boxes to assemble the unit took them 2 hours. A lot of small pieces. Very modern look in my bedroom.

This was a very smooth transaction. I had a few questions about size and layout for the Reception Desk which were quickly answered. I ordered the custom desk, and it was delivered as promised 7 weeks later from Europe. I received the tracking # 8 days before delivery. The delivery company gave me 3 different delivery days, called 2 days before with a 3 hr window, on a day of delivery called an hr before. That is huge, not having to sit around all day...Can't say a bad thing about online shopping here.

Very competitive prices, good service by phone, got the coupon code "5LESS" from the sales person for 5% discount, proffesional delivery person. Was happy to get finance with 0%APR for my bedroom set. Will shop again.

Very good quality of the furniture. Shipped and assembled very fast and perfect for my patio, I live in a town home and I have I really small back concrete patio, fits perfectly for a morning cup of coffee. Tnank you.
