I ordered a jewelry armoire from Sohomod and when I received the product, it was damaged. So of course I was mad and called customer service and the gentleman that handled my issue was very friendly and pleasant, and took care of me. The product itself is gorgeous and very good quality, it's just a shame it is badly damaged.

Ordered 3 area rugs. Great deal!!! 1 of the rugs were lost in transit, but after a brief phone call they said they would ship a new rug out. Showed up 3 days later.

We purchased from Sohomod for a new office. We went with them because of their prices and the ordering process went well. I tried to coordinate with them to have everything arrive on a particular date where I was going to be there to receive all the packages. But none of that did. Other than that, the whole experience was great and we really like everything that we got.

I thought I'd let consumers know that my order came in great condition and on the expected delivery date. The wood quality isn't super, but it looks nice for what it is. Also, the things that needed assembly came with the appropriate parts and tools.

I feel compelled to write a review. I ordered 2 outdoor chairs from Sohomod. They shipped on time. There was an issue with one of the chairs so I contacted customer service. My issue was resolved.

This shop has adapted to the digital platform well in advance of the pandemic. This is and will be the first stop for me to shop in the future.

Chair is very comfortable and well built. Sohomod website was easy to fill out. Product information was very useful and help me make the decision to purchase two chairs. Assembly of the chairs was informative and easy to follow.

I bought a coffee table with the lift-up top, and I love it! However, the quality of the material does not match the picture online. It's great for an apartment, but I will be buying a new table from a brick and mortar next time, so I can see it up-close and personal!

There was an excellent variety and price range to choose from the website. I think some of the manufacturers are lacking in quality, but I realize I know a lot more than the average consumer having a degree in interior design. I chose a moderately priced rug.
