I recently moved and needed a bunches of new furniture and home decors for my new home. My experience with Sohomod has been great, compared to other companies. This shop has adapted to the digital platform well in advance of the pandemic. This is and will be the first stop for me to shop in the future.

I feel compelled to write a review. I ordered 2 outdoor chairs from Sohomod. They shipped on time. There was an issue with one of the chairs so I contacted customer service. My issue was resolved.

I thought I'd let consumers know that my order came in great condition and on the expected delivery date. The wood quality isn't super, but it looks nice for what it is. Also, the things that needed assembly came with the appropriate parts and tools.

We purchased from Sohomod for a new office. We went with them because of their prices and the ordering process went well. I tried to coordinate with them to have everything arrive on a particular date where I was going to be there to receive all the packages. But none of that did. Other than that, the whole experience was great and we really like everything that we got.

Ordered 3 area rugs. Great deal!!! 1 of the rugs were lost in transit, but after a brief phone call they said they would ship a new rug out. Showed up 3 days later.

Look, I understand things go missing or late or whatever. So far with Sohomod I have only talked with nice people who really took an interest in what we asked.

So far it’s been great with Sohomod. I’m building a house and I was looking for something unique. I checked out Sohomod, their things are different from what other stores have. Ordering online was very easy. The response when the delivery came was great and I can’t say anything bad about it. Customer service has been great. My only problem is that the credit limit they have on my card is too small.

I ordered a jewelry armoire from Sohomod and when I received the product, it was damaged. So of course I was mad and called customer service and the gentleman that handled my issue was very friendly and pleasant, and took care of me. The product itself is gorgeous and very good quality, it's just a shame it is badly damaged.

The prices are affordable, website is very easy to navigate and there's a lot of choices.

Fast and courteous.

I will for sure be shopping with Sohomod again, I am truly impressed.

I was in total shock and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am and will be doing more business with him in the future.
