Meridian Furniture Reeves Chenille Side Chair with Brass Iron Base in Black (Set of 2)

The Reeves Chenille Side Chair brings quiet, modern polish to the dining room — and it earns its keep well beyond the table, pulling up easily to a desk or standing in as extra seating in a living space. Upholstered in soft black chenille, it offers the plush, welcoming seat that makes guests linger, while the clean rectangular silhouette keeps the look tailored rather than heavy. As part of the Reeves collection, it sits comfortably alongside contemporary and transitional tables alike.

Underneath the fabric, the seat pairs foam cushioning with a plywood frame for supportive everyday comfort. The base is built from forged iron with a brushed brass finish, shaped into four round legs that ground the chair and add a warm metallic contrast against the black upholstery. It is a considered mix of materials — chenille fabric, iron, plywood, and foam — that reads refined from every angle.

Assembly is required, so you can have it set up and ready around your table on your own schedule. If you want a dining chair that balances soft black texture with a brushed brass accent and a genuinely contemporary profile, the Reeves Chenille Side Chair is an easy piece to build a room around.
