We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

This fireplace exceeded our expectations in many ways! I feared this fireplace was a bit of an indulgence when I ordered it. I was afraid it would be over the top for the little beach cottage where it was intended. It wasn't. It was and is precisely perfect in every way for the little love shack of ours. We had limited electricity out there, so I needed low voltage requirement. It is a small sleeping space, so I needed it to be quiet. It is! Whisper quiet. It needed to have a thermostat I could leave set to prevent moisture wicking at the beach in winter. It's awesome. We mounted it in the wall and it was pretty difficult, I'll admit. My husband cursed more than a few times and we ended up having to take the thing almost completely apart - but he figured it out, and it mounted eventually right where we wanted it. The funky colors are fun, the heat source takes the chill off the cottage, and it looks very romantic! I couldn't be happier with the fireplace.

Attractive, but falls short of a being a source for heat The fireplace is a nice aesthetic to add to a room. The main purpose for the purchase of this fireplace was to add supplemental heat to our bedroom. While the fireplace operates quietly, the heat output is very disappointing. I let the heat run on the fireplace for a several hours and temperature in the bedroom went from 71 to 73 degrees. The bedroom is 16 x 16 and is well insulated and closed off. Again, looks nice sitting on the wall, but the heating element in this model leaves a lot to be desired.
