Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room (first dry area, inside garage) or inside your apartment (elevator building). Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Looks great, sits uncomfortably. I purchased this recliner online so I was unable to check it out first. Judging from the photos, it looked great and appeared to be comfortable when using. NOT SO. Seat is hard, cushion is thin and uncomfortable. I'll purchase another brand to use myself and let company use this one. That way, they won't stay too long.

i give 5 stars because, So far so good So far so good, i am adding to my 1st review
i got the sofa and 2 matching recliners 4 people have sat in them and used them. They all loved them But maybe in a few months their could be problems, Maybe reviews should be asked for after 3 or more months. But for now these are very comfortable and enjoyable and would recommend them for sure.
Just had Thanksgiving with all three recliners, son-in-law was raving about them, and said his dad would love one, he dose a lot of research before he buys something SO, if he liked them they must be good, everyone loves them and my oldest so fell asleep on to different days in the recliner, i guess that's it get them if you can and they look great too, oh last thing the delivery "persons" were great too and customer service when i called once.
