We see that Item # LOCKER-S20-TZ33 is only available with outside delivery to our zip code. It is an office building with a loading dock; could we ensure it is only delivered during our work hours? If so, could you please provide a copy of the assembly instructions and product weight (including combination locks, no additional shelving, and full door with hinges)? We'd like to see if we think we could build it ourselves. Thank you!
