The table is top notch but the color of the walnut is much darker than the photo or the description implies. Too bad it doesn't come in eucalyptus- the new hot wood being used. It would be a much more reddish color and would have matched our teakwood in our other rooms.

I just had to leave a review because this buffet is even better than I expected. I got the white and gold version for my place in Florida — it’s elegant, glossy, and that gold base is everything. It gives the room such a polished, upscale feel.
The price indicates that this is not high-end furniture, but I took a chance because all product pictures show grain match across drawers and door fronts. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so if that is important to you, buyer beware. Additionally, the back and interior of the piece is very low-end shiny veneer reminiscent of a low-end bookshelf you could purchase at a discount store. On the good side, the most visible parts - sides and drawer fronts - are a decent quality, pretty Walnut veneer. As another reviewer indicated, the veneer is not a warm-type deep brown but a nice natural walnut color. Very heavy. Drawer glides difficult to assemble, and we were not able to get the drawers to perfectly line up. Very poor instructional pictures. Hope it holds up well over time. Overall, happy with the look and the purchase.
