Customer service is our top priority. We want you to love your new furniture and be happy with the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse. Easy Step-by-Step Return- Notify us within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Beautiful and Functional
Dimplex has taken what was good and improved upon it..this unit is the best of the best. Upgrades include: more realistic flame effect Multi function remote sleep timer Absolutely beautiful and you can design to match your decor-choose your crystals and color can't say enough positives on this one...definitely a winner get yours today and be the talk of the neighborhood

Gorgeous fireplace
This was easy to install and looks amazing in our Extra large family room. Focal point of the room with an 86" TV above it. Mounted on a tiled stone wall. Very beautiful. However, it is annoyingly noisy. Not the heating element. It makes a continuous very low chime/pop noise about every 30 seconds. I can hear it from the next room with the TV on. This is the only thing we don't like about it. Maybe defective? I don't know......It looks great though.

Delivery and installation were easy and it looks beautiful
This is our first Dimplex and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Delivery and installation were easy and it looks beautiful! Highly recommend. We built a wall to recess it into and it fits perfectly in our space.

We love this fireplace
We love this fireplace. Beautiful art in our living room. The heat is quite low, don't expect it to heat your room up, but it does produce some heat if you set in front of it. But it's a really nice looking addition to our room and people are blown away when they see it.
