Inside Drop-Off
Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room (first dry area, inside garage) or inside your apartment (elevator building). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. No Walk-Ups. Scheduled Delivery. Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.

Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

What is included: 'Delivery in the Room of Choice (ground floor) + Placing Furniture + Unpacking + Assembly' in the room of your choice + trash removal to the customer's bin. Scheduled Delivery. Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Our additional services and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups, even if your order states «Free Delivery» we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.

Each service fee vary from $50 to $250. If you have questions please contact us before you made a purchase.

Mattresses are non-refundable and are non-returnable.

Cancellation

Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.

Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)

Great outdoor sofa! Just buy it! Just delivered this sofa, all put together today. We love it! I’m 5’5” and daughter is 5’8” and we both think it is comfortable. Might be a bit deep seated for 5’3” and under but it makes you want to bring feet up and sprawl or lie down on it anyway. Base cushions are definitely firm but we like that. Back cushions can angle back against sloping wood frame and are thicker and soft yet supportive. Comes with 4 pillows that are too hard and thick in my view but look nice. I might remove some stuffing or put different throw pillows. We have a real bed pillow ready just inside for afternoon naps on this sofa! My daughter says she wants to sleep all night on it. Fabric is a weave and I read a review that it traps dirt easily, BUT I always cover my outdoor furniture with large cotton towels, which feel better and protect the cushions from skin oils, mosquito spray, dirt. Also on a screened in porch. I will attach photo but it is with my cotton blanket and towel already covering! I don’t feel like taking it off for the photo. You know what it looks like. It’s beautiful and good quality for the price.

Very pretty This set is very stylish, durable and comfortable. Cushions are very full and thick. The fabric is heavy duty and appears to be easy to spot clean. Our set is beneath a gazebo so I’m unable to speak to its ability to withstand rain. I would purchase this again.

Some concerns I thought the cushions would be more squishy but they are firmer than they look.
I am concerned why the middle leg in the back doesn’t touch the ground for support. It seems like a flaw.
