We received the bed,(big boxes). My husband and I put it together. It takes awhile, but worth it. Not to hard if you follow directions. We haven't used it yet so I cannot comment on the comfort. Though just laying on it seems great. It looks terrific. Very pleased. We bought this to replace a hide a bed in my office. This gives us so much more room and looks great. I can set this up on my own, without any one's help. (late 60's) Function is perfect.

I am definitely happy with our new Murphy bed. It was not hard to put together either. The supplier was very nice when I talked with them on the phone when I had questions. I would highly recommend this bed and this supplier.

Easy to assemble (I'm a 60 year old women and did it on my own). The bed is comfortable and the cabinet is great looking.

We needed to merge our guest bedroom and office and could no longer fit a queen sized bed for our frequent guests and still work comfortably. We considered a regular murphy bed, but didn't like that it had to be bolted into a wall. Then we found this cabinet bed! It's ingenious! The cabinet is a well made, solid piece of furniture. It's taller than most credenzas, but I suppose it has to be to fit a bed. Once moved into place, it's very easy for one person to open, set up and close on their own. We've had two guests so far who said it was very comfortable. We especially liked that half of the side wall and top folds down with the bed so the person sleeping doesn't feel as if their head is still inside the cabinet. The memory foam mattress did have some off-gassing, so we had to leave it open for a few days to vent. But it now seems to be fine. We paid for installation, mostly because it had to be carried upstairs, and the team was extremely careful with both the cabinet and our existing space. If you're looking for a comfortable part-time guest bed, I would highly recommend this!

This piece came within a week. The delivery service actually tried to bring sooner we just weren't home for it. It came in 2 boxes one the bed and the other the mattress. The bed took no time at all to put together the few parts to assemble. It came with 2 options for knobs also. We love this bed it is our new tv stand in the living room. Our spare room has turned in to a nursery and have no where for our family to sleep when visiting. I highly recommend this murphy bed. When we have guest over it is a conversation piece as nobody believes it turns in to a comfortable bed. the mattress is very comfortable it is no different then our own bed that we spent a fortune on.

This was fairly easy to put together. Great quality, the mattress inflated in a few hours. Seems very comfortable, haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet.

We were a little nervous buying something like this online, but the product was delivered to the sidewalk in front of our home in good condition. It was packaged in two boxes (smaller box was the mattress) & stretch wrapped onto a bottom wooden pallet! The cabinet wood is just as pictured--a warm medium brown/Cherry finish. There were no nicks, gouges or scratches from being shipped. The cabinet comes assembled with the exception of having to attach the bottom area that holds the drawer (Drawer is already preassembled, too.) There are TWO sets of knobs for the bed-- matching wood knobs, or brushed nickel round knobs! The only challenge was hauling the cabinet from our front courtyard into the house! If you open the cabinet, you can take the bottom drawer assembly out & it lightens the load. It still took two strong men to haul it into the room we will be using it! I wouldn't be afraid to order this bed online. I did and it saved me $800; a local wallbed store wouldn't deal on their price at all--their loss.

Not only a bed it is a beautiful piece of furniture! Instalation was easy and very easy to set up for guests and put away if needed. We were able to order the cabinet in the similar to the other woods in our home!!
