Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

Notify within 60 Days

We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Our additional services and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups, even if your order states «Free Delivery» we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.

Mattresses are non-refundable and are non-returnable.

Cancellation

Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.

Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)

Amazing and Durable I do not think I could say anything bad about this dresser. Not only is it beautiful, it is DURABLE. New Years Eve of 2022 my best friend and I were doing what best friends do and we were drinking mimosas spiked with vodka, one thing lead to another and long story short she thought she was in the bathroom and ended up sitting on an open drawer of this dresser and peed in it. Mind you my best friend is 145 pounds of pure muscle, my drawer didn't break and it still works just fine. If you are looking for a durable dresser it would be this one. Not to Mention its beautiful and I get so many compliments on it.

Not as described It’s a nice dresser but I am very upset that the color is so far off from photos and description. It’s a dark gray, almost green. Very upsetting. One of the advertisements even says “Light gray” in the title for this dresser. It’s beyond returning bc they only give you 72 hours (unreasonable) and it st in the box in our new place for two wks.

Layer Peel off Guys, this does not seem to be complete wood. There is a thin laminate layer that you see outside when you look. This layer is peeling off at the corners of 2 sides that come together. We bought this in the Ashley store Grapevine, TX. Dont go with the looks and feel which is really nice but think about how it is made. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. Ashley being a branded store should rethink about the quality of products they are getting from the vendors. customers fall into trap looking at the look and feel and then realize the quality is pathetic

Good Quality wood very cheap finish I have the whole Lettner Bedroom set and although it’s is beautiful, strong bedroom set the finish is so cheap and strips down the natural wood I have several spots that make me hate the look of it now. Why take such a good quality wood to put such a low quality finish and ruin it. So disappointed and unsatisfied.

Beautiful Beautiful dresser. Came in perfect condition. Felt lined upper drawers, sturdy and well built. Color perfect. Not too grey. It's in-between a taupe and grey.
