Description
The Akira accent chair brings a little Art Deco drama to a corner that needs it — a reading nook, the empty spot beside a sofa, a bedroom chair that actually earns its keep. The silhouette is clean and rectangular, with a sled base that curves into an X for a look that's architectural without shouting.
Upholstery is polyester fabric over foam, so the seat stays supportive through long stretches of coffee-and-book time. The frame is solid rubberwood, finished in walnut, and the sled base picks up that same warm walnut tone. Choose your fabric color when you order.
It's a side chair that works with modern and contemporary rooms, but the Deco lines give it enough personality to hold its own against quieter pieces. Solid wood construction and a shape this considered make it the kind of chair you keep moving from room to room as your space evolves.
