Yard, designed by Stefan Diez for EMU GROUP, is a complete collection of outdoor furniture.
The lightweight and easily moved frame is in lacquered aluminium, whereas the seat and back are made of two-tone elastic straps. The elastic straps are inserted into the tubular frame using an original technological solution developed and patented by Emu so that insertion can take place in an exquisitely natural way. With their spontaneous lines, elegant tables in lacquered aluminium are available in tone-on-tone aluminium or natural stainless steel versions.
In 2015, the Yard collection is enhanced with new furniture elements that make it a complete furnishing system: a low armchair, a two-seater sofa and a sun lounger, created by combining an aluminium frame with elastic straps, as well as a low table, a table for the contract sector and two large extensible tables with aluminium or heat-treated ash tops. The Yard collection is a furnishing system that fully meets the requirements of indoor/outdoor use thanks to the new products introduced in terms of design, technology and materials.
