Haiku is an expressive and unique new sofa from Danish/Italian design duo GamFratesi for Fredericia.
The name Haiku is chosen from the traditional Japanese poetry tradition of describing a mood in a few words. In the same way, GamFratesi has used simple means to create a sofa that both suggests a protective function and encourages a sense of expression.
The sofa is based on a moulded foam shell, with legs of black lacquered steel, and is available in two and three-seat versions. Both the interior and exterior can be upholstered in a variety of textiles.
