Polygon Lamps by Jan Plecháč & Henry Wielgus for Lasvit

Lasvit introduces its new collections at the upcoming 2015 London Design Festival.

Polygon expresses light, glass and the glass-cutter’s art in perfect harmony. Combining the traditional shape of a hand-blown glass lampshade with the polygonal network often used in 3D modeling programs, Polygon creates a new and unusual décor with two distinct looks. In the daytime, light gently refracts from its matte surface, while at night the interior light source reveals the elegance of the design in full detail.
