Coach is the firstborn in the new collaboration between Contempo Italia and Saint Luc: a generous lounge composed of a body shell in flax composite and bio-resins, with a soft, inviting upholstery inside.
As its designer Jean-Marie Massaud has adequately described it: “great comfort was the crucial requirement, with an elegance given by lightness; and a resposible, green technology as a new direction. This makes the Coach an essential item, a new classic”.
The Coach is available with low or high-back, and with a sleight base or an elegant swivel base in american walnut and stainless steel.
The unique shell of the Coach lounge chair is made of 5 layers of flax fibers, treated with 100% bio-resins: its revolutionary composition reduces the Green House Gases emissions of 31% and the phosphates/nitrates emissions in water of 68% (compared to glass fibre shells).
