Zero Lighting will for the first time show the new Pomi light family designed by Luca Nichetto during the upcoming Euroluce at Salone del Mobile in Milan.
That Luca Nichetto comes from Murano, an island near Venice, is discernible in Pomi. It is a Venetian word, meaning apple in particular and fruit in general, and POMI is certainly reminiscent of ripe fruit hanging from the branches of a tree. The faceted surfaces in aluminium, brass and copper capture the light and cast continually shifting reflections over the surroundings.
