The Partridge Chair is the result of our desire to create a visually light, contemporary interpretation of a classic form without sacrificing comfort, personality and durability. The considered integration of the solid timber elements and the wire formed backrest was important in achieving this cohesive design Nicholas Karlovasitis
The warmth of the timber has been balanced with an industrial aesthetic seen in the steel fixings and backrest. The curved shapes and linear form of the backrest are a nod to art deco styling, giving the product subtle nostalgic undertones. The Partridge range is available in various timbers and custom metal powder coat colours.
