DUETTO, designed by Rita Rijillo for Crjos Design Milano, is a loveseat with a minimalist, futuristic shape. It is ideal for waiting rooms, reception areas, offices and public places.
A single sheet of expertly- bent wood swerves off in several directions. The rear of the seat sweeps upwards to form the backrest which embraces the guest in a three- dimensional double curve. The seat itself, geometric and essential, is a throw-back to the most orthodox minimalism while in contrast with the spatial freedom of the backrest. Spatial and conceptual contrasts intersect in a perfect balance.
DUETTO features a structure of highly- resistant, heat-bent beech plywood. It can be finished with thermally-treated oak or teak. An upholstered version of DUETTO is also available with stain- and scratch- resistant synthetic leather, ideal for high-traffic environments.
