The idea for the Dowel chair, designed by Jonas Wahlström for Universo Positivo, was to combine the feel of a classic scandinavian dowel legged chair with a more industrial look. The solid wood with its wonderful rich texture and the cool powder coated steel complement each other perfectly in this chair.
