Aranha means Spider in English and this chair follows the principle of its organic structure. The central body weight is distributed dynamically on its thin and flexible legs.
Aranha chair, designed by Marco Sousa Santos for Branca-Lisboa, is made in solid beech wood with a rattan peal weaving round seat. The building of Aranha is a mix of digital tooling with traditional wood joinery.
