Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Cancellation

Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.

Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)

Perfect Recliner This recliner rocks. I bought this recliner because I was having a knee replacement. From the moment this chair was delivered, it has been total enjoyment. Every function on this chair is excellent. Now a week into a knee replacement living in this chair day and night, I can tell you I'm more in love with this chair. Total comfort in every position and just perfect functionality. High quality leather, positioning, support and just the perfect recliner!

Backtrack Dual Power Recliner I've had my chair for 3 days so far. I'm using this chair as my "office". I use a swivel mounted on the adjacent wall to position my monitors and keyboard over the chair. I change positions often since I'm in the chair at least 8 hours per day. I absolutely HATE how lowering my legs causes the headrest to automatically lower too. Adjusting the headrest 20 times per day is annoying!!!! It's difficult to use the armrests when fully reclined, because the stationary armrests become so high relative to the backrest they force my arms to angle above my shoulders....very uncomfortable!!!

Quality recliner as expected Excellent quality recliner and Ashley delivery team delivered friendly and professionally. I was not sure what to expect in the massager but it is a favorite feature!! Great place for lazy Sunday afternoon naps.
