Salton Sofa by Emil Thorup for Sofakompagniet

Danish furniture company Sofakompagniet is growing rapidly and therefore continuously extends its product range. The latest addition is the Salton sofa that adds a modern edge to Sofakompagniet’s other collection, which predominantly is more classic and retro-inspired.

Salton is characterized by its quilted back cushion, which has a different color from the rest of the seat and the corpus. It is available in two color variants: A fashionable light and dark gray and a lively pink and orange.

The creator of Salton is Emil Thorup, who for several years has been a well-known profile in Danish TV and radio. He also has talent as a designer and recently founded the furniture company Handvärk, which makes design furniture in steel, marble, brass and leather.
