Many people have a sweater in their wardrobe that often does not look very nice (anymore) but is still a great sweater for in the evening on the couch when you don’t have to do anything or go anywhere. Gijs Kuijpers wanted to put the feeling of that sweater in a chair. At the beginning of the design process it was only a chair that was going to be comfortable, but on the way, the chair became a sweater itself. The chair with its thick insulating jacket gives a feeling of warmth, comfort and a secureness.
