Designer Juyoung Kim created the JARIF chair. The concept for the chair was partially inspired by the rise of single males within South Korea choosing to reside as a single person versus purchasing a large home for marriage.
As a result, the need for sustainable and affordable furniture focused on the smaller home developed. The birch wood chair is manufactured using CNC technology.
