Janus Nebula Chandelier by Trueing

Janus Nebula Chandelier is a minimalist chandelier designed by Brooklyn-based studio Trueing. The expanded Janus line incorporates the ‘Nebula’ chandelier—inspired by the trajectory of planets in orbit—and two new pendants that play off the original, cosmically influences design. Each piece pushes the material and design possibilities of blown, extruded, coated, or cut glass. This fascination with the material has yielded very different outcomes that share a central element. Trueing’s new collections join art-historical references with an engineer’s eye for mechanical connections and systems thinking, a result of Metersky & Bowman’s lifelong passions and backgrounds in those respective fields.
