The house is located on a corner plot of 620 sqm, with distant views to the north and the west, where the Mediterranean and the old Roman city of Caesarea are located.

Still, the immediate views of the house are controlled by carefully designed wild garden with native oak, cypress and olive trees. Thus, creating a private, quiet world, in which all public spaces of the house-garden compound play together.

Different from many other creations by Architect Zvi Dunsky, this house has only one small double height space, connecting the entrance hall with the family space above.

The spaces here are connected through movement and meticulous transparencies.

Privacy is gained through careful attention to the upper level suites of the entire family.

This is a modern house, with great attentions to details, which all serve the purpose of peaceful and dynamic living.
