Verso: a light, adaptable chair with versions for indoors and outdoors. Versatility was the key consideration.
The designer Tomoko Azumi and Mark Product worked closely with the tube and wood benders, upholsterers and wood machinists to develop a form which worked with all the possible combinations.
A prime consideration in this design was a chair with and without arms which could be stacked in mixed sets. Its compact footprint saves space and reduces clutter. Finally a choice of coloured frames and seat pad fabrics enable this chair to be endlessly customised to complement the character and colour of the interior.
This versatility makes the chair suitable for a wide variety of uses such as restaurants and cafes, meeting and training rooms and educational settings.
