For this year’s Orgatec, Brunner has tackled a classic theme: a new cantilever chair.

Even at first sight, the new chair Ray, also designed by jehs+laub, is fascinating thanks to its flowing formal language and its delicate yet strong dynamic look and feel. The die-cast aluminium armrests are mounted to the steel frame and the plastic seat shell without any visible connection, and the transition from frame to seat shell is just as seamless.
