Gradual Chair is a minimal chair created by Brooklyn-based designer Benjamin Kicic. Inspired by utilitarian furniture, the Gradual Chair plays with the proportions of different size turned wood parts. The front and back legs are different diameters, and the arms taper forward, declining gradually to join the thicker back legs, linking the language of the chair together and creating an optical effect. Leather forms the seat and back to complete the design. Shown here in Walnut and Olive Leather.
