Combining all these functions creates a modern and dynamic environment where there is a flow between individual work and team work.
Distinctive design and ensured mobility. This multifunctional piece of furniture was designed by the Italian design studio Baldanzi & Novelli designers. The construction of WORKLAB is based on a metal frame that is robust, durable and easy to clean. Its shape is simple, but also stands out in a traditional work environment. Large castors are an integral part of the WORKLAB design, ensuring the mobility of this piece of furniture and enhancing its unique image.
Triple functionality. The modern office is like a living organism that adapts to the needs of employees, different types of tasks they perform and help them to do their work more efficiently. The WORKLAB multifunctional piece of furniture is designed for an ever-changing work environment. It consists of a single frame that can perform three different functions: that of a conference wall, a temporary workplace and a shelf. According to Baldanzi & Novelli designers, WORKLAB is neither a bookshelf, nor a desk and nor a cabinet – it is all these things in one piece of furniture and more. Choose one of the pre-made base models and change the elements to create a piece of furniture that best meets your needs.
A synthesis of different functions is what you need for an ever-changing work environment.
Power solutions. The cable tray and well-thought-out placement of the power socket and power cord outlet ensure that convenient access to electricity is maintained when changing the WORKLAB’s location.
For user convenience and cosiness. Once you have customised the model that is right for you, you can also order a hook, shelf or side panels for additional functionality. Using these accessories, you will be able to conveniently store things or create more private spaces. They will also become playful design elements in the interior.
Combinations of finishes for the most demanding user. Feel free to mix and match a perforated metal sheet in different colours, melamine and upholstery to create different, original and innovative furniture and the style you want. Outside Drop-Off
Your items will be left at the curb of the ground floor only (inside your driveway or placed next to your front door, garage, loading dock). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Scheduled Delivery.
Inside Drop-Off
Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room (first dry area, inside garage) or inside your apartment (elevator building). Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

Customer service is our top priority. We want you to love your new furniture and be happy with the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

  2. Return in original Package (if the item was unpacked, please pack it back in original package).
  3. Ship the item back to the warehouse (we will send you instructions with the return number «RMA#»).

We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 30 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Additional services & shipping fees

Our additional services and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups, even if your order states «Free Delivery» we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.

Each service fee vary from $50 to $250. If you have questions please contact us before you made a purchase.

Mattresses are non-refundable and are non-returnable.

Cancellation
  • Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.
  • Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)
