Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room (first dry area, inside garage) or inside your apartment (elevator building). Room of Choice with Full Assembly
Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls.

To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse.

We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

We accept all returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Products returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

Cancellation

Orders picked up the the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order.

Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway orders cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.)

Pet tested, owner approved! We have two big dogs, a yellow lab and golden retriever that are both under 3 years old. When we bought this set 18 months ago we said we would certainly put it to the test with those two. I am here to say this furniture is 100% the BEST furniture we have had as far as holding up to the wear and tear from our dogs. They jump on it, wrestle on it, sleep on it, and it still looks brand new. We wipe it down weekly, sometimes even more often in the rainy/muddy weather. It is so easy to clean, the fur doesn't stick, their nails don't damage the fabric at all (which was a huge problem with the microfiber/faux leather furniture). For us humans, the furniture is stylish and comfortable. We love the power recliners, which are strong and support those 85 lb dogs when they want to climb up and lay in our laps.

The sofa looks wonderful, but the sitting is like a concrete piece. I went with my wife to the showroom (Ashley Home Store, Dulles Eastern Plaza, Sterling Va), to buy this sofa.
It looked wonderful, the color, the design, the quality, etc. That were soft and confortable. But the sofa was delivered, is very uncomfortable, the sitting feels like you are sitting on a concrete piece.
It's totally different that the store.
We are not satisfied with this purchase, because this sofa is not cheap.

Hubby loves, i hate it Hubby loves this couch. He loves the reclining and being able to sit next to me when he wants. I hate the bulky look of these and find them very stiff and uncomfortable. In order to have any comfort at all you have to recline. They are tall and bulky. I’m so sad I let my husband talk me into them.

Rock hard and over priced Rock hard and AFW sells these for almost $1000 less. I feel like we got swindled. I can't sit on these for longer than five minutes without trying to get comfortable. We got the sofa and loveseat, and it's like they're carved out of stone. Not even my dogs like laying on it.

Set received is Hard Cushions I’m not happy with this purchase. The sofas are wonderful, but the seating feels like you’re sitting on a concrete wall very uncomfortable, not like the ones at the store that were soft. I gave it three star for appearance, and one star for the seating. I’ve only had them for a week, and I’m ready to take them back

Must Buy! Don’t listen to the bad reviews. To the people saying there is a difference with firmness and show room, yes there is. Show room furniture has been broken in by all the people who have sat, laid, kids probably jumping, etc. You would hope that your couch is firm upon arrival, lets you know it’s brand new. Break it in, lay on it, and it will become less firm. I love ours. You don’t sink in, provides back support, and maybe the guy whose wife’s feet didn’t all of a sudden touch the ground shrunk or she was sitting different. Couches are amazing and are water repellent, easy to clean. Considering the color, and having kids they do not get dirty. Highly recommend these couches!

Excellent product like all Ashley good quality recliners Love it, it's super comfortable. It's soft, again it's soft and nothing hard. Material is impressive durable, easy to clean and it doesn't bother me in hot weather. Feel fresh and again comfortable. 0 gravity works excellent and also the waterproof material is great!!!
