95sqm in the Marais<\/strong> is a minimalist apartment<\/a> located in Paris, France, designed by Cl\u00e9ment Lesnoff-Rocard<\/strong>. Called to operate this historical apartment transformation in the very center of Paris, the designer quickly considered this project as a topic of atmosphere and a reflection about Time. Chasing an out-of-time atmosphere would be the goal of this intervention. He created three guidelines as the foundation of this atmosphere: technique, ambience, and space. This triangle of vectors would then answer respectively to what he would consider as the starting landscape of any architectural project.<\/p>\n
