Born out of a focus on optics, FLOAT treats light as an essential building block of design. LED light is projected through patented spherical lenses onto curved White Optic\u2122 reflectors which diffuse and direct the beam. Each unit is independently adjustable and the whole system is modular, allowing for easily customizable configurations. FLOAT is versatile and efficient, suiting a range of commercial and residential environments.<\/p>\n<p>Jerry is a cross-generational collaboration between Reid, Max, and Max\u2019s father Jerome Simon, a veteran lighting inventor. As graduates of RISD, they were inspired by Jerome\u2019s endless experimentation with light and proposed creating a high-end lighting company as way to bring his technology to the residential and commercial market.<\/p>\n<p>Jerome has spent over 35 years developing innovative lighting technology.
