The furniture parts are made from turned bamboo, which gives a lightweight, exceptionally strong and very comfortable chair.<\/p>\n<p>The first batch of Nomad Chairs was a limited edition offered exclusively at the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter.com during six weeks in May-\u00adJune 2015.
