Vela<\/strong> is a table lamp designed by Mario Alessiani<\/strong> for the Italian brand Offiseria<\/strong>. The challange behind this product was to create an affordable metal design piece just with folding and laser cutting.<\/p>\n

So it was decided to use a cutted tube to hold the bulb and a small metal sheet to direct the light. Thanks to laser cutting technology it was possible to create an hole that allows the tube to fit in and get soldered. The result is a lamp stable but thin, with nothing more than the necessary, that tells the process behind it.<\/p>\n
