Customer service is our top priority. We want you to love your new furniture and be happy with the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse. Easy Step-by-Step Return- Notify us within 60 days of receiving your purchase.
- Return in original Package (if the item was unpacked, please pack it back in original package).
- Ship the item back to the warehouse (we will send you instructions with the return number «RMA#»).
- Get your money back.
We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.

Return in original packagingOur products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.
Refund processProducts returned during the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Perfect!
We received the bed,(big boxes). My husband and I put it together. It takes awhile, but worth it. Not to hard if you follow directions. We haven't used it yet so I cannot comment on the comfort. Though just laying on it seems great. It looks terrific. Very pleased. We bought this to replace a hide a bed in my office. This gives us so much more room and looks great. I can set this up on my own, without any one's help. (late 60's) Function is perfect.

Amazing space-saver!
We needed to merge our guest bedroom and office and could no longer fit a queen sized bed for our frequent guests and still work comfortably. We considered a regular murphy bed, but didn't like that it had to be bolted into a wall. Then we found this cabinet bed! It's ingenious! The cabinet is a well made, solid piece of furniture. It's taller than most credenzas, but I suppose it has to be to fit a bed. Once moved into place, it's very easy for one person to open, set up and close on their own. We've had two guests so far who said it was very comfortable. We especially liked that half of the side wall and top folds down with the bed so the person sleeping doesn't feel as if their head is still inside the cabinet. The memory foam mattress did have some off-gassing, so we had to leave it open for a few days to vent. But it now seems to be fine. We paid for installation, mostly because it had to be carried upstairs, and the team was extremely careful with both the cabinet and our existing space. If you're looking for a comfortable part-time guest bed, I would highly recommend this!

This was fairly easy to put together. Great quality, the mattress inflated in a few hours. Seems very comfortable, haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet.

Cabinet Bed
Not only a bed it is a beautiful piece of furniture! Instalation was easy and very easy to set up for guests and put away if needed. We were able to order the cabinet in the similar to the other woods in our home!!
