Customer service is our top priority. We want you to love your new furniture and be happy with the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. To complete the return and exchange, all you need to do is contact our support team or just simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will issue a credit as soon as the returned item is back to the warehouse. Easy Step-by-Step Return- Notify us within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

- Ship the item back to the warehouse (we will send you instructions with the return number «RMA#»).

We purchased this in 2019 and absolutely loved it! Yes, it was a pain for the two of us to assemble but definitely worth the effort. Everyone who saw it commented on what a great piece it was. Not only does it look great, it holds a ton of stuff. We loaded it full of unsightly CDs and photo albums and put a couple of high-end art pieces on top. When we moved, the moving company dropped it off the truck and destroyed it, so we are reordering.

Excellent quality
The cabinet bed was very well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. The cabinet is very well make and excellent quality, so it was pretty heavy. I had to move it up 2 stories in my house and since I was alone I disassembled it into it's various parts. That was easy to do since it had high quality hinges on all the parts and reattaching them was no problem. The directions made it a snap to attach the base unit. It's very quick and easy to open/close it up.

Plays It's Role
I am pleased with this product. The cabinet is relative in size to a large dresser and looks the part. The bed folds out easily on carpet and one person can easily perform the unfolding process. The bed is comfortable, no question better than any high end pull out couch I have had the opportunity to try. I would purchase this product again.

I am so happy with this bed
I am so happy with this bed. It looks hand made, is made of quality wood, and is a beautiful, elegant piece of furniture. It took less than an hour to assemble and is easy to make into a bed. A very nice feature is that is has a power cord so that you can have lamps sitting on top—another feature is being able to put things, lamps, photographs, etc. on top of the furniture and not having to move it. I am very happy to have bought this bed!!!

Great quality
We ordered this for our office/guest bedroom and it is perfect. It is beautiful, solid, and was easy to assemble. It doesn't screw into the wall and is solid wood (lots of the fold down Murphy beds we had looked at were pressed/particle board and need to be mounted into the wall). The tri-fold mattress is OK on it's own and surprisingly better than expected. We added a 3" memory foam mattress topper on it last weekend whey my sibling came to visit. She has a bad back, and had no problems with the mattress and added pad -she even complimented how comfortable it is! We love this piece and will be keeping it for years to come.

Looks Good In the Room
This is not for everyone, but it serves my purposes. The mattress is thin and folds in thirds. I added a foam topper and my guests were comfortable. There is space underneath for sheets but the foam topper won't fit in there too easily. If I was to do this over again, I might get a real "Murphy Bed" that is attached to the wall and pulls down instead as it would be easier/quicker to open and close. I think this is a decent option if it will only be used occasionally. A pull-down murphy would be better for daily use. Also, mine came with some damage that obviously happened before or as it was packed, as the box was not damaged. The scratches were not a big deal to me but might be for others. It is a study, solid piece of furniture and I would order it again. It looks nice in the room. The electric outlet/phone charger on the side is a nice extra touch because it is pretty likely that this big piece of furniture will be blocking an outlet. I use the top as a standing desk in my study.
